Flash Demos This is a portfolio of demos in Flash, a catalog of just a few of my abilities in Macromedia Flash 8, Actionscript, XML interfaces, billiard-ball physics, math-based animation routines, audio/video synchronization, event trapping, and portability. All demos open in a new window. All demos autoplay with music. |

| Physics with Tony Danza Looped physics demo, using the head of the "Who's The Boss?" actor to explain sinusoidal Actionscript mapping | ![]() |
|
| Popular Tweening Using an audio snippet from the Broadway show Wicked, this demo was built without any Actionscripting. All "hand-made" tweening and physics for a less-oiled performance. | ![]() |

| XML Parsing and Cue-point Audio-Synchronization in Rent - The goal of most Web 2.0 sites is to separate content from structure. In this demo, the audio and synchronized lyrics come from XML sources. All the actions on screen are driven by either the text entered in the XML file, or from onMouse event handlers during playback. Try picking up the actors with your mouse while the song is playing (except for 2, 4, 6, and 7 - they work differently). | ![]() |

| XML Proof-of-Concept using Celine Dion in French and English - Same program as the Rent demo above, but with a different XML file. Cuepoints were modified to show direct synchronized translation in real-time. Same abilities to move the actors around the stage | ![]() |
